Insurance
DOMIVARO SERVICIOS S.L. holds professional and operating liability insurance with MAPFRE Empresas, policy no. 0960-4471822.
The limit of indemnity is €600,000 per claim. It includes a specific €30,000 extension covering the loss, theft or fraudulent copying of the keys entrusted to us, and the replacement of the lock cylinders.
The current certificate is supplied with the contract, and before signature on request.
Key custody
Keys are held in a sealed key cabinet at the registered office, identified by a code and never by an address. No key carries the name or the address of the property.
Every removal is logged with the date, the time and the initial of the person taking it. The log is shared with the owner on request.
Everyone entering a client's house provides a Spanish criminal record certificate less than 6 months old, renewed every year.
The activity
Domivaro carries out technical upkeep and condition checks on second homes, at the owner's request and under their written mandate.
Domivaro carries out no private security activity within the meaning of Spanish law 5/2014 of 4 April. No guarding, property surveillance or personal protection service is offered, performed or advertised. The activity falls under the exclusion in article 6.2.d of that law, which places outside its scope «la comprobación y control del estado y funcionamiento de calderas, bienes e instalaciones en general, en cualquier clase de inmuebles, para garantizar su conservación y funcionamiento». The key holding described above falls under the exclusion in article 6.2.a, which covers «el cuidado y custodia de las llaves, la apertura y cierre de puertas». Under the opening words of that article 6.2, both exclusions only apply where the service involves no private security function: Domivaro assumes none.
The right of withdrawal
The contract is concluded at a distance. You have 14 calendar days from signature to withdraw without reason or penalty, with a simple message to contact@domivaro.com. If you expressly ask us to start the visits before that period ends, you owe us the proportionate share of what has already been performed. A model withdrawal form is supplied with the contract.

Liability
Published prices are inclusive of tax, with 21% IVA, and valid at the date of publication. They are not a contractual offer: every service is set out in a written contract signed before any work begins.
Complaints
Any complaint may be sent in writing to the email address above. A reasoned answer is given within 15 days.
Official Generalitat Valenciana complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at the registered office, under decree 77/1994.
Failing an amicable solution, the courts of Alicante have jurisdiction.
