A house in Spain
should be a pleasure.
Not a file.
We take the file, you keep the pleasure. 2 visits a month, 38 checkpoints, small repairs done on the spot, and a dated photo report within 24 hours.
Sound familiar?
You bought it for the pleasure. Here is what spoils it, and what we take off your hands.
You arrive after 7 months and the first hour goes on opening shutters, bleeding the water and doing the shopping.
A neighbour sends you a photo of a stain on the ceiling. You are 1 800 km away and you have no idea since when.
Your insurer requires regular visits during vacancy. Nobody can certify it in writing.
You have a tradesman, but he speaks neither English nor French, and you cannot be there to let him in.
11 months a year,
nobody opens that door.
A leak found in February costs one call out. The same leak found in July costs a ceiling, a floor and sometimes the furniture. The only thing separating the two is the number of times someone has been inside.
How we work
The same protocol on every visit, in the same order, whatever the house. That is what makes the reports comparable from one month to the next.
We come in
2 visits a month, on spaced dates not announced in advance. Water and electricity readings, opening up, airing, access check.
We check
38 points in a fixed order: visible roof, gutters, terraces, seals, plumbing, water heater, air conditioning, pool, irrigation, breakers, damp, pests, letterbox.
We repair, then we write
Small repairs are done on the spot, within the fee. Beyond that, you get a quote with photos before anything is committed. The report goes out within 24 hours.
The report you receive
This is the product. Dated, time stamped, photographed, archived. It stands as evidence for your insurer, it passes to a buyer, and it saves you having to take anyone's word for it.
- Every point carries a status, not a vague comment
- Photos are time stamped and geotagged
- The full history stays available online
- Available in English, French and Spanish
What we can prove
These figures are not sales promises, they are the terms of the contract. If they are not met, the month is refunded.
points checked on every visit, in a fixed and published order
visits a year on the Serenity plan, that is one every 15 days
maximum delay between the visit and the dated photo report
Still water
does not mean healthy water.
The ph, the level, the filter and the plant room are checked on every visit. A pool left 4 months without checks costs on average far more to bring back into service than a full year of maintenance.
You are not handing your keys to a logo
Domivaro is 2 people who live in the area, not a platform with a call centre somewhere else.
Fabrizio
Belgian, settled on the Costa Blanca for 5 years, speaking Spanish daily with local tradesmen, owner of the house he renovated himself. He already works in villas across the area on air conditioning. He is the one who visits, who checks, and who repairs what can be repaired on site.
Krystelle
Spanish, born in Belgium. She is the one who talks to tradesmen, building managers and public offices, in Spanish, with no middleman. She already accompanied foreign buyers on viewings to translate.
Neither of them is a security guard, and Domivaro carries out no guarding activity: that is a reserved activity in Spain. We maintain and we record, under article 6.2.d of law 5/2014.
What they say, 6 months in
We only publish reviews from clients whose contract is still running. The day someone stops, we take their review down rather than let it age on the page.
The report arrives the same evening, with the photos. In February they found a water heater seal weeping and changed it on the spot, within the fee. I would have found it in July, along with the ceiling below.
What decided me was the published price. I asked 6 companies, 5 replied that they needed a visit before quoting. Here the price was on the website and it is the one I pay.
Krystelle settled in 2 calls a residents association matter I had been stuck on for a year. I do not speak Spanish, and that is exactly why I signed.
The reviews shown here come from clients who authorised us to publish them with their first name and their town. We publish neither their address nor their photographs.
Our pricing, with no hidden quote
3 things almost nobody publishes in this trade, and that we publish: the exact number of visits, the price actually paid including tax, and the labour hours included.
| Plan | Visits per month | Floor area | Labour included | Price per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WatchFor a recent house, occupied several times a year | 1 | up to 120 m2 | 30 minutes | 95 € |
| SerenityFor a villa with pool and garden, long vacancy | 2 | up to 250 m2 | 2 hours | 189 € |
| CompleteFor a large property or a rental listing | 4 | up to 350 m2 | 5 hours | 349 € |
| BespokeOver 350 m2, several properties, or particular needs | varies | over 350 m2 | varies | from 590 € |
The set up visit, the entry inventory and the initial photo file are free. You only pay from the first visit onwards.
Where we go
We cover the Marina Alta and the north of the Marina Baixa. We turn down anything too far, because a visit every 15 days does not hold up if the drive takes 1 hour.
Outside this list, we say so rather than accept and do it badly.
What language we speak
We would rather publish our limits than let you find them. 84 % of our relationship with you is written: 38 documents a year, against a handful of calls.
Your visit reports, quotes and emails are in English. On site, the visit is conducted in Spanish or French.
Visits, calls, reports, quotes and emergencies.
Krystelle is a native Spanish speaker and Fabrizio has spoken it daily on site for 5 years. Tradesmen, building managers and public offices, with no middleman.
We will only open it the day someone on the team genuinely speaks it. Trusting us with your keys deserves better than machine translation.
Tell us where the house is
We answer within 24 hours, in English. No number is ever resold, no automated chasing.
