34 owners trust us with their keys

We never take a review down on our own initiative, not even when a client leaves. Only its author can ask for their own to be removed, and we then unpublish it within 72 hours. Those who stopped stay online, with a note saying when they left and why. You read exactly the same page our clients read.

The late November storm tore off a roof tile and blocked a downpipe. I had the photos the same evening, with the time of the visit. The repair was done 2 days later for 140 euros. I was in Utrecht and had nothing to arrange.

I had been stuck for 8 months with a water bill still in the previous owner's name. Krystel sorted it in 2 calls and one visit to the office. I do not speak a word of Spanish, which is exactly why I signed.
Sarah H.House in VillajoyosaClient for 11 monthsEnglish
We often arrive at night with the children. The air conditioning has been running for 2 hours, the water is on, the beds are made. And the bill is the one published on the website, not a euro more.
Bénédicte V.Villa in MutxamelClient for 14 monthsFrench
We leave the house empty 7 months a year. I used to spend the winter wondering whether everything was fine. Now the report lands the same evening as the visit and I read it in 2 minutes. That is exactly what I am buying.
Hans D.Villa in MutxamelClient for 22 monthsDutch
The pool pump failed in March. They spotted it on the next visit, sent me a 310 euro quote and waited for my approval. The water never turned. A friend of mine paid 1,400 euros to recover his.
Peter M.Villa in Sant Joan d'AlacantClient for 11 monthsEnglish
My insurer required proof of a visit every 15 days to keep the water damage cover. The dated reports do the job and he accepted them without argument. I had found nothing else in 2 years.
Claire L.House in BusotClient for 13 monthsFrench
I let the house for 3 months in summer. They do the inventory, hand over the keys, take the house back and send me the photos. I have never had to ask a neighbour for a favour, and that is priceless.
Ingrid V.House in RelleuClient for 18 monthsDutch
I have had 3 invoices in 15 months, every one announced beforehand. Zero surprises. On the Costa Blanca, believe me, that is rare enough to be worth saying. My one complaint: my first 2 reports landed around 23:00, and it took 2 reminders before that changed.
David R.Villa in XixonaClient for 17 monthsStopped in July 2026: house sold. The review stays up.English
Domivaro's reply, 24 March 2026

You are talking about your early months, and the complaint is fair. Your first 2 reports went out around 23:00 because we wrote them in the evening, once every visit was done. Since March 2025 the report is written on site, during the visit: the sample we publish on this site, dated 14/03/2026, went out at 19:10. It took you 2 reminders, and that is 1 too many.

A garden left alone in August is a disaster waiting to happen. They redid the drip line, added a timer, and I find the same garden I left in June. The cost was inside the garden package.
Marc-Antoine D.Villa in Sant Joan d'AlacantClient for 12 monthsFrench
They spotted a damp patch behind a bathroom unit, with a photo. It was a shower joint. Fixed for 90 euros. Without them I would have found the tiles coming off the following summer.

I put the house on the market. They open up for viewings, air it beforehand and lock up afterwards. The agency tells me it is the only house on their books that smells clean. I have not made a single trip.
Jean-Luc P.Villa in El CampelloClient for 7 monthsFrench
I message them on WhatsApp and get an answer the same day, in English, from someone who has actually been to my house. Not a call centre. That is the difference between worrying and not thinking about it.
Tom B.Apartment in AlicanteClient for 20 monthsEnglish
My insurer asked for proof that the water was turned off over the winter. I forwarded the photo of the closed stopcock, dated 12 November, taken during their visit. The claim went through without argument. I did not even know that photo existed.
Sigrid H.Villa in VillajoyosaClient for 9 monthsNorwegian
It was my building manager who gave me their name, after a leak came down into the flat below. He was tired of being the only one anyone could reach. Now they open the door, and he only calls me about the owners' meetings.
Rick V.Apartment in El CampelloClient for 6 monthsDutch
We had forgotten the modelo 210 for 2 years. Krystel warned us before the deadline and sent the photo of the IBI bill with the cadastral value circled. Our accountant filled the form in 10 minutes. It is not their job, and they did it anyway.
Jean-Luc et Martine C.Villa in Sant Vicent del RaspeigClient for 12 monthsFrench
Since Brexit I can only come twice a year. The flat sits closed for 10 months, and I sleep better now that a report arrives every month. One complaint: the first 3 reports came in Spanish and I had to ask for English. Since then, nothing to say.
Karen T.Apartment in AlicanteClient for 8 monthsEnglish
I started with the exterior report, which is free and needs no key. That evening's report showed a downpipe torn away at the back, which I would not have seen until September. I signed the following week.
Bernd K.Villa in BusotClient for 4 monthsGerman
The September storm left 40 cm of water on my neighbour's terrace. At my place the drains had been cleared 10 days earlier, it was written in the August report. Nothing came in. It is the first time I have seen what preventive maintenance is actually for.
Anja V.House in AgostClient for 15 monthsDutch
The finca is 4 km from the village, with no neighbour in sight. I used to ask a friend in Alicante to drop by, and I no longer dared call him again. The water tank had a leak at the float valve, they spotted it on the meter reading that kept rising with nobody in the house. Fixed for 65 euros.
Geert D.Finca in AigüesClient for 13 monthsDutch
At 800 metres up it freezes in January, and nobody tells you that when you buy. They drained and lagged the outdoor pipes before the cold snap, with a photograph of the open drain cock. My neighbour had a burst pipe and 3 weeks of building work.
Lars N.House in la Torre de les MaçanesClient for 9 monthsDanish
The house sits on terraces and rainwater runs straight down onto it from the track. They cleared the channel twice before autumn and added a grille upstream, 80 euros. Not a drop in the garage since. It is the kind of detail you only catch if you have been there before.
Sylvie et Patrick M.House in OrxetaClient for 16 monthsFrench
We have 8 solar panels fitted in 2023. The inverter went into fault in February and we had no idea: the house is empty, nobody looks at the screen. They picked it up on the next visit, with a photograph of the display. We lost 6 weeks of production, not 6 months.
Ulrike S.Villa in XixonaClient for 11 monthsGerman
I had read everywhere that town halls were going to surcharge empty homes and I was ready to sell. They pulled out 14 dated and photographed meter readings, and showed me the text of the law that places a second home among the justified cases. I stopped worrying, and I did not sell.
Michael W.Villa in BusotClient for 14 monthsEnglish
The service is faultless and the reports are clear. What I regret is waiting 3 weeks between my request and the first visit: they were fully booked in June. They told me straight instead of leaving me hanging, and since then the visits land on the date agreed.

Every client authorised us to publish their review, with a first name and a town. We publish neither their address nor their photographs. Reviews are dated, and we answer publicly to anyone who asks, including when the review is critical.

How these reviews are checked. Every published review is tied to a signed contract and to at least 1 paid invoice: we only publish clients we have invoiced. We ask all our clients after 3 months, with the same message for everyone, and we do not filter the answers. No review is bought, and none is given in exchange for a discount. Of the 34 owners we look after, 24 agreed to publication.

The original language. 6 reviews were written in English and appear as they came. The other 18, written in Dutch, French, German, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish, are translated by us; the original language is shown under each one, and the original text is sent to you on request.
