What we can prove
These figures are not sales promises, they are the terms of the contract. If they are not met, the month is refunded.
points checked on every visit, in a fixed and published order
visits a year on the Serenity plan, that is one every 15 days
maximum delay between the visit and the dated photo report

Still water
does not mean healthy water.
The pH, the level, the filter and the plant room are checked on every visit. A pool left 4 months without a check costs €400 to €900 to bring back into service: draining, shock treatment, filter media replacement. And that is the price when nothing has broken. A pump that burns out in August, a liner stained for good, a leak nobody spotted, and the bill changes order of magnitude. The pool is one of the 38 points, checked 24 times a year on Serenity.
