2 complementary roles: Fabrizio looks after the house, on the ground. Krystel handles the contacts and the paperwork. Together, we keep track of your house, even when you are far away.

Fabrizio

He is Belgian, he has repaired houses for 20 years, and he came here for an air conditioning job. He never left. In 5 years he has renovated his own house in Busot, wall by wall, and learned what this climate does to buildings: salt that seizes sliding door tracks in 2 seasons, downpipes that pine needles block every autumn, the water heater seal that weeps for 4 months before it goes.

The trade gave him a reflex few people have: he does not look at a house, he reads it. He is the one who comes to your property, follows the 38 points in order, takes the photographs, and repairs on the spot what can be repaired before it turns into a building job. He knows the local trades, and above all the ones who turn up when they say they will.

Krystel

She is Spanish, born in Belgium. She grew up between 2 countries and 2 languages, which is exactly the situation the owners she looks after are in today. Spanish is her mother tongue, French is the language she was schooled in.

Before Domivaro she was already going to viewings with French speaking buyers, to translate what the agent did not. That is where the service comes from: she watched too many people sign without understanding, then spend a year stuck on a water bill or a community of owners meeting. Today she is the one who calls the town hall, the community, the insurer and the tradesman. You never have to make a call in Spanish.

Neither of them is a security guard, and Domivaro carries out no guarding activity: that is a reserved activity in Spain. We maintain and we record, under article 6.2.d of law 5/2014.
