Your keys, and the language
Your key is kept in the sealed key cabinet, sealed again every time it is closed, on a tag carrying a code and never your name or your address. Only Fabrizio and Krystel have the code.
Krystel is a native Spanish speaker. The call to the town hall, to the community of owners, to the insurer or to the tradesman is hers to make. You never make a call in Spanish.
We are based in Busot
Aigües is 8 km from home, that is 17 minutes by road. Travel is included in the published price.
We cover all of l'Alacantí and the part of the Marina Baixa that stays within 35 minutes, as far as Villajoyosa. Outside that, we say so rather than take the job and do it badly.
