What goes wrong in Alicante when the house stays shut
In Alicante we work mainly on the flats and villas of Playa de San Juan and Cabo de las Huertas, where foreign owners are most numerous.
In a block, the administrator looks after the common areas, never what happens behind your door
Terrace drains block with sand and leaves, then overflow into the flat below
A home shut for months has its traps dry out, and the drain smell comes back up through the bathroom

Your keys, and the language
Your key is kept in the sealed key cabinet, sealed again every time it is closed, on a tag carrying a code and never your name or your address. Only Fabrizio and Krystel have the code.
Krystel is a native Spanish speaker. The call to the town hall, to the community of owners, to the insurer or to the tradesman is hers to make. You never make a call in Spanish.
We are based in Busot
Alicante is 22 km from home, that is 29 minutes by road. Travel is included in the published price.
We cover all of l'Alacantí and the part of the Marina Baixa that stays within 35 minutes, as far as Villajoyosa. Outside that, we say so rather than take the job and do it badly.
