What goes wrong in Busot when the house stays shut
Busot is an inland village set against the Cabeçó d'Or. It sits higher, drier and among more trees than the coast, and the houses are scattered through the pines.

Your keys, and the language
Your key is kept in the sealed key cabinet, sealed again every time it is closed, on a tag carrying a code and never your name or your address. Only Fabrizio and Krystel have the code.
Krystel is a native Spanish speaker. The call to the town hall, to the community of owners, to the insurer or to the tradesman is hers to make. You never make a call in Spanish.

Fabrizio and Krystel live and work in Busot. This is not an area we drive out to, it is the one we live in.
We cover all of l'Alacantí and the part of the Marina Baixa that stays within 35 minutes, as far as Villajoyosa. Outside that, we say so rather than take the job and do it badly.
